Gaea is one such company that rears young wrestling hopefuls. The girls are expected to go through a gruelling year's initiation, where they will have to undergo severe physical training and hardship. This documentary follows the extraordinary transformation of young Japanese females, from timid youngsters, into confident fighting machines.
