This program is unique in that it does not require the need for an actual barre, thus making it a truly convenient program/class that is easy to teach or practice anywhere. The Heart 'N' Sole Barre workout is structured to focus on the safety of the participants, with the movements pushing the muscle to an effectively challenged level, without risking injury to the exercisers' joints, tissue, and flexibility. Furthermore, it also incorporates a degree of HIIT methods. The fluid, yet challenging, progressions increase ROM and decrease the risk of pain and/or injury, leaving the participant feeling graceful, empowered, and strong.
