Description
Summary: | When Shakira automatically jumps to the conclusion that her missing bike has been stolen, Timeblazers Sam and Jen decide to give their friend a first-hand glimpse at crime and punishment through the ages. For the most part the punishment fit the crime, but people were often falsely accused and the punishments were weird, or downright scary. Shakira ends up finding her bike, but she's learned to be careful before accusing someone of a crime. Next, Shakira's mother falsely accuses her of scratching the family car. As Jen sees it, it's a perfect example of "lock up first, ask questions later"- just like the old days when people like Dostoyevsky were tortured and imprisoned for political views.
