Dal focus particolare su una delle Chinatown più vecchie e grandi d'Europa, il film porta lo spettatore in una metafora universale, sull'odio e sui sogni tra Occidente e Cina. Un film con un accesso diretto alla comunità cinese, con un regista italiano ... che parla cinese.
