Louisiana, Supreme Court, New Orleans : State of Louisiana v Henry, a slave, May 1860.

Henry was convicted of murder and sentenced to death, and appealed on the ground of the unconstitutionality of the law under which he was convicted and on the ground of misconduct by two jurors. The appeal was dismissed.
