Summary:Will of Robert Kincaid left land and slaves to his wife during her life time or widowhood. In a codicil he gave his wife a female slave called Adeline during his wife's life time with a provision for the sale of this slave girl, her offspring and the plantation after the death of his wife. A slave called Sue was also left to the wife in the same manner. Proceeds from the sale of the slaves to be divided amongst the children. Patsy, deceased, one of seven children, was a daughter of the testator and had been John Conly's wife. He was to receive a one seventh share.
