Along the way, they meet the Sawhorse and follow the legendary Yellow Brick Road to the Emerald City ... now ruled by King Scarecrow! But when Jinjur overthrows King Scarecrow and Mombi returns, Tip and his friends have more trouble than they can deal with! They must enlist the aid of Glinda, the Good Witch, to try and set things right in Oz once again!
