Documentary film tells the story of 12 year old Turkish girl, Elif, learning the basics of a spiritual path, the Mevlevi Brotherhood. Mevlevis are also known as Whirling Dervishes in the Western world. And they are a part of the Sufi/Mystic traditional Islam.
