Is "non-crying" after birth a useful predictor of "non-breathing" to initiate resuscitation / American Academy of Pediatrics.

Neonatal Resuscitation programmes uses assessment of "non-crying" babies after birth to initiate resuscitation. We propose using "non-crying" #x9D;as the denominator to capture babies requiring resuscitation.
