Louisiana, Supreme Court, New Orleans : Roasenda v Zabriske (free man of colour), May 1841.

The defendant appealed to the court from a judgment dissolving an injunction to prevent the seizure and sale of land. The Supreme Court ordered that the judgment by annulled and reversed, and the case be remanded for further proceedings.
