Louisiana, Supreme Court, New Orleans : Martineau v Hooper, September 1818.

The lower court's verdict was appealed against on the grounds that a witness's testimony was wanting. The Supreme Court ordered that the testimony of every admissable witness be certified and transmitted to it. A decision on the case was reached in September 1820.
