Louisiana, Supreme Court, New Orleans : Banks v Botts, June 1836.

Redhibitory action for the rescission of the sale and return of the price of a slave, which is alleged to have died from a redhibitory disease. A judgment was made in of the defendant and the plaintiff appealed. The Supreme Court affirmed the judgment.
