Louisiana, Supreme Court, New Orleans : Farmer v Fisk, December 1844.

The petitioner sought to annul the sale of a slave, bought with a full warrenty, who is alleged to be a habitual runaway and drunk. A judgment was made in favour of the plaintiff and the defendant appealed. The Supreme Court upheld the original judgment.
